Watermelon Arugula Salad

Try this light, cooling summertime salad. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. For added crunch and flavor, top with your favorite nuts or seeds. Serve and enjoy!
2-3 cups fresh baby arugula
2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
1 1/2 cups feta cheese, cubed
Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Arrange the arugula on a plate or serving platter. Place the watermelon and feta chunks throughout your bed of arugula.
