E.P.I.C. Health Tips: Green Detox Juice

This juice aids the body in its natural detoxification process and also gives a boost to your energy levels. It’s super healthy for you and a lovely, nourishing combination of sweet and sour. Try replacing your coffee with green juice in the morning to get a healthy energetic boost! Makes approximately two 8-ounce servings.

5 stalks of Kale or Spinach
3 Apples
1 Lemon
1 Cucumber

INSTRUCTIONS: Wash all the ingredients and run them through the juicer. If you’re using a slow-juicer, run a bit of water through the juicer last, in order to catch all of the last bits of flavor.
