Chewy Chocolate Freezer Fudge From the Kitchen of Nicola St. Mary, ND

An amazing cool and healthy dessert treat! Combining the power of raw almond butter, raw cacao powder and raw honey you can indulge without the guilt!

1 16 oz. jar raw almond butter
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
(or raw carob powder or cocoa)
1/2 cup raw honey
1 heaping tablespoon coconut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place the fudge into the pan and spread it evenly. Cover with more parchment paper and press down to evenly flatten. Put in the freezer for approximately one hour (so partially frozen but able to cut with a knife). Flip out onto a flat surface and cut into little squares. Put the squares back in the freezer for storage. For variations you can add dried fruit, nuts, cacao nibs, espresso beans, mint extract…Enjoy!
